Back in 2007 the company introduced a new insurance solution system from Morning Data called Helix. Starting from November 2018 the Company replaced Helix by PREMIA General Insurance, which is a comprehensive, end-to-end integrated insurance solution that enables seamless processing and delivery of insurance products.
It covers all operations in an insurance company, right from the setting up of Masters, Underwriting policies (New Business and Policy Servicing), Registering Claims, Processing, Generating Reports, Reinsurance and Financial Accounting. The product takes care of end-to-end flow of customized business documents within the organization, starting with Quotation to a customer, through Policy and Schedules and to generate relevant financial and marketing documents. Business Strategy Decisions can be taken from the reports generated from the application.
