Zeru Woldemichael, has served as a General Manager/CEO of the National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea since 1991. His professional career started in 1973 in various managerial positions in the Ethiopian insurance industry where he was the Operations Manager of the Ethiopian Insurance Corporation up to 1982. He was the Technical Manager of Khartoum Insurance Company (Sudan) from 1983 up to 1989. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Management and Finance) from Haile Selassie University in Addis Ababa and is a Chartered Insurer by professional qualification (ACII - London).

Mr. Woldemichael, has served as a Board Member in various organizations including at Africa Re (as a Vice-Chairman) and Zep Re.

Paulos Tecleab, has served as a Finance and Investments Manager of the National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea since 2004. His professional career started in 1987 in various positions in the Ethiopian insurance industry where he was the Accountant Supervisor of the Ethiopian Insurance Corporation, Bahrdar Branch up to 1992. He was also the Senior Accountant of the National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea until 2000. He holds Degree in Accounting from Asmara University and BCom Honor Accounting from Free State University South Africa and Masters Degree in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria as well as Diploma from CII, Correspondence, London UK.
